MentorPath is a centralized web-app mentorship portal that helps Microsoft employees match with personalized mentors based on their unique needs, streamline meetings and goal creation, and track their mentorship progress.

As part of our capstone project, my team collaborated with Microsoft's Experience Strategy & Design Team to execute the end-to-end design cycle of Mentorpath. I was the co-lead UX researcher on the team, driving our discovery research efforts and usability testing.
