MentorPath is a centralized web-app mentorship portal that helps Microsoft employees match with personalized mentors based on their unique needs, streamline meetings and goal creation, and track their mentorship progress.

My team collaborated with Microsoft's Experience Strategy & Design Team to execute the 0->1 product development of Mentorpath.

I was the lead UX researcher on the team, driving our early discovery research, concept testing, and final usability evaluations.
